Refund Policy

We want you happy with Skillwright. If it's not the right tool for you, you have 14 days from purchase to ask for a full refund — no questions asked.

How to request a refund

1. Forward your Lemon Squeezy receipt to hello@skillwright.app.
2. Tell us if there's anything we could have done better — optional.
3. We process the refund through Lemon Squeezy within 2 business days. The money usually lands back on your card within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

What happens to your license

When the refund clears, Lemon Squeezy fires a webhook that disables your license key. The next time Skillwright phones home, the app will block paid features. You're welcome to reinstall and re-purchase any time.

After 14 days

We don't offer refunds outside the 14-day window. If you hit a critical bug or the app stops working through no fault of yours, email us anyway — we will make it right.

Founding Member refunds

Founding licenses are refundable on the same 14-day terms. If you refund a Founding license and later want to come back, you may not be able to claim another founding seat — they are limited.
